- Because of our professional rules of conduct, and a recent change in the Law on Referral of Business in Personal Injury Work, we are unable to make any payment to any person other than the client. These rules make the payment of a fee to any person other that the client unlawful after 1st April 2013.
- If the case is recommended by you, the recommended person is aware that they are unable to claim any other offer from Lamb and Co.
- You understand that payment will be made once liability is admitted in full and the claimant’s claim is valued at over £2000.00 and further,
- You understand that no payment will be made if the conditions referred fo herein are not satisfied.
